This sweet guy is Flynn! Flynn was found as a stray and was facing euthanasia. Flynn was on his last day and we just couldn’t watch such a good dog go.
Flynn is a 1 year old American Bulldog mix and is ready to play! He has been neutered and is a little cooped up and so excited to be cleared to go run laps with his foster sister in the yard. At a year old Flynn will need daily exercise and someone willing to continue training with him on his manners.
Flynn is a little timid at first, he is happy to see you but sometimes will have pee himself a little bit if he gets nervous with new people. Once he opens up he is a happy – go – lucky type of dog who is house trained and kennel trained! He would love another dog to play with or at least a puppy play date from time to time. He was cat tested at the holding facility he was at and he did well. He has interest in cats but is easily redirected and would most likely not care if he had a dog friend to live with.
His foster home says he does not chew or dig and does well with their older children. It’s possible he would do fine with younger kids but he is still an active young dog so would need an experienced dog owner as he could accidentally knock them down.
Overall he is just a young boy who needs some direction and an outlet after being cooped up because of his neuter surgery!
Flynn’s adoption fee is $250, and adopters must live within 175 miles of the Quad City Area.
