Blossom

Blossom is a 6 year old Dachshund mix who drove up with her friend Belles(also available for adoption) all the way from Texas. Blossom is a slightly reserved little lady who prefer a quieter home to rule over.

Looking for a best friend to snuggle on the couch with and take short strolls around the block? Look no further. This lady is down for really anything that involves her people.

Blossom gets along with other dogs but isn’t overly interested in interacting with them. She does well running around the fence with Belles but doesn’t like when she tries to play or snuggle. If she were to be adopted into a home with another dog it should be a calmer one who isn’t going to be interested in trying to get in her face. She gets a little snarky when they get in her face.

She doesn’t seem to care about cats, unless she’s in the kennel and they’re outside of it. She will bark at them in the kennel but once out leaves them alone. She is kennel trained and puppy pad trained!

She does fine with kids but again we think a quieter home would be better. I would recommend kids 6+.

Blossom’s adoption fee is $250, and adopters must live within 175 miles of the Quad City Area.
