Do you guys remember Oliver!?! He is finally done with heartworm treatment and starting to look for his forever home.
Oliver is a very calm, well-behaved dog. He isn’t really a lap dog, but he loves his people and does stay close. He sleeps in his own bed in his foster’s bedroom. He loves attention and you can’t pet or scratch him too much. He is crate trained and house trained.
He loves food – and unfortunately he will beg for people food when you are eating. However, he goes and lays down when you say no firmly. Of course, he will be back at your side if he hears a noise that might mean food.
Oliver doesn’t seem to care for the dog toys, but he loves to be outside. He will roll in the grass and makes sure that birds and rabbits leave the yard. His bouncy little run is fun to watch.
He gets along fine with kids and other dogs (even much larger ones). He enjoys a good nap, but would also make a great dog to take on adventures. He is a great car traveler!
Oliver will come neutered, UTD on shots and preventative, and micro chipped.
Oliver ‘s adoption fee is $250, and adopters must live within 175 miles of the Quad City Area.
If interested in meeting Oliver you must fill out the online application at www.k9kindnessrescue.org/adopt/application
Oliver and K9 Kindness Rescue thank you for considering adoption through rescue!
