Sometimes you just need to bark at someone. Hey, don't worry about that, we get it! But here's a few things to remember before sending a message: select the right department and keep in mind that we receive large quantities of messages each day. Your message will be responded to in the order it was received.

You can call us as well, and we will usually answer during the daytime providing someone is in our offices. Otherwise, you can either send us an email or shoot us a message and we'll try to get back to use as soon as absolutely possible. Please know that we will not respond to any solicitations.

When you use our contact forms: we require your name, email address, the nature of the message, and the message itself. If you'd like for us to call you back, feel free to add your phone number.

Our Facebook page is staffed by our board of directors and is able to respond to most requests within most departments while the staff is online. These hours typically run anywhere between 8 AM and 9 PM on most non-holidays. However, please be aware that Facebook is not constantly monitored, and it may take a short period of time for your message to be responded to.

There are times where Facebook chats may yield a response in just a few seconds, while others may take up to a day.


We would like to reiterate that we receive a high volume of phone calls, messages and emails each day. As such some time may pass before we are able to reach your message. Please know that we respond to these messages in the order of which they are received. Please also note that we can not accept responsibility or pursue dogs that are at large and roaming.

General hours of which your message may be received or responded to are from 8 AM to 9 PM Sunday thru Saturday. However, please be aware that we do not operate on government holidays. As such, your messages may be delayed until the next non-holiday, or next business day.
